Strong ability to master a situation quickly; highly knowledgeable in a wide variety of professional disciplines and an expert at organizing & directing turnaround situations. Expertise in providing expert opinion in matters of Government related issued for organizations. Proficiency in supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and relationship management skills.

I was a housewife till 2010 and I am also wife of a Soldier. I stayed few tenures in the forces camp and found that the soldier community are never get updated as compare to the rest of world. As limited resources are available in the forces camp. Moreover, within the force life, due to various reasons soldiers always face challenges to avail facilities and support from the market. Hence, always lacking for growth of social and family life. Therefore, I always planned to do something that may provide direct benefits to our soldier’s community.

n the present time employment is a big need and challenge for the country. Starting a new business is big challenge due to lack of awareness and resources. Therefore, under the aegis of Ardh Sainik Welfare Trust (Regd) Ardh Sainik Group, is directly supporting to the Soldiers community in various field and presently helping them regularly since last 5 years.
